Pay Rate: $7,400+ / week GROSS ($58/hr + Penalties & Allowances)
Are you an experienced Special Class or Coded Welder looking for a lucrative, long-term FIFO opportunity on a major LNG construction project in Western Australia? Our client is seeking skilled tradespeople for an ongoing project running through to May 2027.
What’s on Offer?
- High Earning Potential: $7,400+ per week GROSS, featuring hourly rates starting at $58/hr plus penalties, allowances, and paid weld test coupons.
- Fly-In, Fly-Out (FIFO): 2:1 roster (14 days on, 7 days off).
- Work Schedule: 12-hour days (11.5 paid).
- Additional Benefits: Project completion bonuses accrued on all hours worked, redundancy accrual, plus camp accommodation and meals provided.

Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- Strong previous LNG construction experience
- Relevant Trade Certificate
- Current Construction Induction White Card
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- High-risk / safety tickets including: Gas Test Atmospheres, Basic Fire, and Working at Heights
- Current resume and two recent supervisor references
- Proof of Australian working rights
Note: Successful candidates will be required to complete approximately 6.5 days of weld testing to demonstrate competency across various pipe and structural welding procedures (with test coupons paid).
