What You Will Be Doing
- Custom Fabrication: Independently and collaboratively execute custom design-build projects and permanent installations across various metals, including aluminum, mild steel, and alloy steel (proficient in stick, MIG, and TIG).
- Cross-Functional Manufacturing: Integrate directly with our design, machining, and assembly teams. You won’t just weld—you’ll have the opportunity to cross-train and operate manual lathes, manual mills, radial arm drills, press brakes, shears, sheet metal rollers, and water-jet cutters.
- Job Planning & Prototyping: Contribute to quoting and build mock-ups to engineer the fastest, most cost-effective solutions for our clients’ toughest industrial challenges.
- Shop Leadership & Initiative: Think ahead, take ownership of daily workflows, and maintain a rigorous standard of safety, equipment care, and documentation.
