Key Responsibilities
The Building Exterior Cleaner will perform tasks such as:
- Operating professional cleaning machines and equipment.
- Cleaning furnace ducts, vents, and filters.
- Washing building exteriors, tanks, chimneys, and industrial equipment.
- Cleaning interior and exterior windows and glass surfaces.
- Using pressure washers and power tools.
- Cleaning siding and eavestroughs.

- Providing professional customer service.
- Following workplace safety procedures.
Job Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Previous cleaning experience is an advantage.
- Working at Heights training.
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) certificate.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Own vehicle and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel between different job locations.
- Experience using pressure washers, power tools, and cleaning equipment.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
Workers must be comfortable standing for long periods, bending, kneeling, and handling heavy loads of up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
The employer also requires driving record and criminal record checks.
